Nurseweb provides professional home nursing, elderly care, baby care, physiotherapy, and healthcare support services through qualified and verified nursing professionals.
All services are delivered either directly by Nurseweb or by verified partners and caregivers under our supervision.
2. User Eligibility
To use Nurseweb, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Booking and Payments
Users can book services via the website, app, or phone.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Payment methods accepted include UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
All prices are subject to change based on duration, service type, and location.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before service time are eligible for a refund (after deducting applicable fees).
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of service time.
If Nurseweb cancels a booking, the full amount will be refunded.
5. Service Responsibilities
Nurseweb ensures that all nurses, attendants, and caregivers are qualified, trained, and verified.
Users are responsible for providing a safe and respectful environment for the assigned caregiver.
Nurseweb is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during service.
6. Health and Safety
Users must disclose all relevant medical conditions and requirements before the start of service.
Nurseweb caregivers do not administer invasive medical procedures unless prescribed and approved by a registered doctor.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nurseweb strives to deliver quality healthcare services; however, we are not responsible for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Medical complications beyond the caregiver’s control.
Misuse of information provided by the user.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal and medical information is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and data security.
9. Modifications
Nurseweb reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
